NIL-TECH 75400: the new expression of lightness

With the new 75400 series, LOOK expands the NIL-TECH family with four models that interpret design through balance, precision and essentiality. A pantos, a rectangular double-bridge shape and two square designs create a contemporary collection built around an extremely lightweight structure weighing just 7 grams. The front is made from NIL, LOOK’s patented technopolymer, precision-milled to achieve reduced thicknesses, fine detailing, stability and shape memory.

The NIL front is joined to the titanium temples through an innovative connection system developed without screws, adhesives or chemical substances. The connection is based on a precise interplay of interlocking elements and friction between the two materials and has been tested over more than 16,000 opening and closing cycles. Fit has also been carefully considered: the elongated nose pads increase the contact surface, while the greater depth of the side profiles helps visually integrate even thicker prescription lenses. Like every LOOK project, the 75400 series is entirely designed and manufactured in Italy.
